Your mission

As a Business Manager you build your own business unit, starting from a client portfolio in aerospace, automotive, ...
Your are responsible to:

  • Define & realise the account plan
  • Enlarge the business at existing clients
  • Grow the market share by identifying projects at new prospects
  • Recruit the R&D-engineers to accomplish the clients objectives
  • Lead & develop your team of consultants
  • Report on regular base to the directors on the progress and results

You work in close cooperation with the other business managers and the directors of VeroTech

Your experience

  • Master in Engineering or Commercial engineering
  • Having a first successful experience in sales or consultancy
  • A passion for technology
  • As a people manager you know how to manage, motivate & develop a team of consultants
  • Through your strong interpersonal skills you succeed to create long-term relationships with clients and consultants
  • Your excellent business skills allow you to discover new opportunities
  • A pro-active person with a positive attitude and perseverance
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
