Your mission

As a Controls Engineer Automotive you play a key role in the development of new electrification projects used in light and electrified vehicles. Your tasks are:

  • Develop and perform the testing on electric drive test benches
  • Integrate the electrical components and built the Simulink model
  • Integrate and cofigure the testbench electromechanical equipment (inverters, batteries, sensors, etc)
  • Built the test plan (functional testing, speed tests, durability tests, etc)
  • Analyse and report on the test results
  • Perform finite element modelling and simulations on motors
  • Develop and apply motor controls for inverters

You're part of a highly motivated team which develops automotive solution of the future

Your experience

  • Master in electromechanics, mechatronics or robotics
  • First working experience in inverters, electric drive components
  • Able to built test benches
  • Proficient in using Matlab Simulink dSpace
  • Good knowledge of controls, modelling, finite elements simulations
  • Handson and strong communication skills
  • Keen interest in automotive
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
