Electronic Hardware Design Engineer


Your mission

As Hardware Design Engineer, you play a crucial part in different R&D projects for medical applications. You focus on the development of high-performance electronic products mainly used as product demonstrators for new ASIC components developed within different R&D teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing mixed analog and digital electronics
  • Hardware design (from initial design phases to production stage): component selection, electrical calculations, schematics drawing, layout specifications, layout review
  • Lab measurements and prototype debugging.

For layout, you work together with external partners.

Your experience

  • Master in Electronics
  • At least ten years of hands-on experience in analog and high speed digital PCB hardware design (CPU, FPGA, SoC, Ethernet, USB, PCI, SerDes,...) preferably with the focus on analog design.
  • Expertise in developing solutions with a low noise floor.
  • Focus on good Signal Integrity practices in order to transfer high speed data.
  • Knowledge of power supply design and PCB manufacturability is a plus
  • Knowledge of FPGA design is an asset
  • Independent and quality-focused
  • Fluent in English
