Project Leader Mechanics

As Project Leader Mechanics you will be leading projects related to new product development, quality, and cost of the product portfolio.
Your responsibilities include:

• manage the project budget, timing, product functional requirements
• define the development of products from the first prototype to serial production
• safeguard the technical coherence during the design phase, supported by your team members
• optimize the cost and value of the product design for all stakeholders, from suppliers to production, to internal and external customers.
• lead, motivate, and steer the project team throughout the entire product development process, from concept to launch.
• ensure that the demanded product and process quality is met.

• Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (mechanical or electromechanical)
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative teamplayer
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in product development is an asset
• Fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus
