Senior RF IC Designer

As Senior RF IC Design Engineer, you are responsible for the design of innovative chips for IoT products. Your tasks include:

• Structure the RF/IC design process
• Make the IC design, simulations, layout and testings for the integrated circuit (CMOS technology)
• Define the right architecture and parameters to meet the criteria for the circuit
• Implement wireless communication and sensing systems
• Perform experimental verification and debugging
• Look actively for improvements in the circuits and processes

• Master or PhD in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analog, mixed signal, RF or millimeter wave IC design (CMOS technology)
• Proficient with Cadence (Spectre RF)
• Experience in ADC design and highly-digitally assisted RF/analog system in a plus
• Good understanding from solid-state devices, analog & RF circuits, up to transceiver architectures
• Excellent communication skills in English
