As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a key role in the growth and visibility of VeroTech by representing the brand of VeroTech towards the candidate market and our community.
Your day/life at VeroTech:
- Create new function profiles together with your dedicated Business Manager
- Write an attractive vacancy and make sure this is published on the right job boards
- Source and convince the right engineering candidates to begin/continue their career at VeroTech
- Manage the recruitment process from beginning till end: source & match, CV screening, interview, reporting, salary proposals
- Act as ambassador of VeroTech
- Built relations with candidates and other instances like universities, engineering communities,…
- Suggest and implement ideas to improve recruitment procedures and processes, employer branding or to increase the general efficiency of your tasks
