Your mission

Ensure excellence in project execution, so that manufacturing companies can use the project results for their specific needs.
You ensure that the developed solutions meet the needs of the companies.
Manage the implementation of industrially relevant technological research projects and encourage your researchers (with different backgrounds) to look for new solutions.

Master in engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a project- and stakeholdermanagement role.
As a Project Leader you are not a technical expert pur sang, but you can empathize with the world of production environments. You know what research is and more specifically in an academic environment.
You have specific knowledge of ‘low TRL research’.
Specific experience with innovation aimed at manufacturing companies.
Knowledge and experience with the bridge between research and industrial applications.
Very good management and communication skills.
