Assembly Support Engineer

Your mission

As an Assembly Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in the packaging process, working closely with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance teams. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to customers on assembly processes, qualifications, and materials.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of packaged components to the customer.
• Maintaining the quality and reliability of assembled components.
• Collaborating with suppliers to source and qualify new packaging materials and components.
• Generating reports on packaging yields, defects, and other relevant metrics.

Your experience

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies, materials, and processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and specifications for IC packaging.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the IC packaging process.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
