Your mission
As an HR Business Partner, you blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution. From designing and implementing HR strategies to driving employee performance and managing compensation processes, you have a direct impact on the success of our organization and its people. You work closely with management and employees to foster a high-performance culture where talent thrives.
Strategic HR leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the efficient use of human capital.

Act as a trusted advisor to management, supporting them in defining objectives and implementing HR Key Performance Indicators.

Translate the organization's strategy into a concrete wellbeing policy, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation & benefits:

Develop and manage the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitive and fair remuneration practices.

Oversee admin & payroll processes in collaboration with external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Regularly benchmark salaries and benefits to maintain a competitive position in the market.
People & Talent management:

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.

Identify and nurture talent within the organization, creating development plans to unlock potential.

Act as a mentor and coach to ensure employees’ competencies, skills, and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage.
Project & Team management:

Coordinate and oversee HR projects, ensuring efficient execution and successful outcomes.

Supervise and coach HR teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Select and manage external service providers for the development and implementation of HR tools.
Operational excellence:

Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with global and local standards.

Your experience
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional who thrives in a strategic and dynamic environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with proven experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, and strategic HR management.

Doer’s mindset: Someone who enjoys not only strategizing but also implementing and executing plans effectively.

Compensation expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processes, budgeting, and designing competitive benefits packages.

Talent management: Expertise in performance management, goal setting, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and coach teams, driving collaboration and performance.

Strategic thinking: ability to align HR practices with organizational goals and contribute to strategic decision-making.
