HR & Recruitment Officer
Your mission
- You are responsible for the employee life cycle: onboarding, learning & development, employee retention and offboarding.
- You are the go-to person for our employees regarding HR-related questions.
- You are taking care of the recruitment of internal employees like talent acquisition, business managers, ...
- You optimize HR processes where possible with a focus on continuous improvement.
- You stay on top of the ever-changing social legislation.
- You take charge of the payroll process together with the social secretary and ensure a correct monthly salary run.
- You are responsible for a timely and correct HR administration.
- You are the backup of the Office Manager and capable of taking charge of those tasks
whenever needed.
Your experience
- You are a communicative and approachable person by nature who is also discrete and reliable.
- You have a good and up to date knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in payroll within PC200.
- You are stress resistant and a problem solver. You have a growth mindset and you love taking initiative.
- You have an eye for detail, are punctual and accurate.
- You're fluent in Dutch and English.
