Your mission

  • Characterize novel MEMS systems, focusing on actuators and sensors, striving for unparalleled accuracy in challenging environments.
  • Execute electrical, mechanical, and optical characterization of various components, generating comprehensive reports.
  • Contribute to the development of new test setups for short-term testing and long-term reliability, including the provision of documentation.
  • Develop documented measurement automation scripts and cutting-edge data processing algorithms for complex challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists from cross-disciplinary design and technology teams.

Your experience

  • Master's or PhD degree in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven hands-on experience in MEMS characterization, including the use of SMU, impedance analyzers, automated probers, laser Doppler vibrometers, white light interferometers, FemtoTools, microphones, hydrophones, and lock-in amplifiers.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data processing and familiarity with MATLAB scripting for data processing and a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of MEMS fabrication and ultrasound transducers is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and reporting skills are essential.
  • Fluent in English, given the international nature of our organization.
