Project Scheduler

Your mission

  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to develop and refine scheduling processes, assess schedules, and create necessary indicators for effective tracking

  • Support litigation processes by providing documentation on delays and assist project teams in managing deadline disputes with suppliers and customers

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to current planning processes to enhance efficiency and meet project timelines

  • Gather and analyze project data, update progress, and create forecasts, backlog reports, and other essential documents for project tracking

  • Utilize standardized planning tools and methods, working with a cross-industry community to implement best practices in project scheduling under PMO guidance.

Your experience

  • Master's degree in Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management and schedule planning
  • Good knowledge of MS Project
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
