Project Scheduler
Your mission
-
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to develop and refine scheduling processes, assess schedules, and create necessary indicators for effective tracking

Support litigation processes by providing documentation on delays and assist project teams in managing deadline disputes with suppliers and customers

Evaluate and recommend improvements to current planning processes to enhance efficiency and meet project timelines

Gather and analyze project data, update progress, and create forecasts, backlog reports, and other essential documents for project tracking

Utilize standardized planning tools and methods, working with a cross-industry community to implement best practices in project scheduling under PMO guidance.
Your experience
- Master's degree in Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management and schedule planning
- Good knowledge of MS Project
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
