As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you learn everything there is to know about talent acquisition in the engineering world. Supported by an experienced team, you work on sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent to meet the needs of our innovative clients. This role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Learn and grow: Receive extensive training and mentorship to understand recruitment processes, tools, and strategies. 

  • Write engaging vacancies: Use your creativity to craft compelling job postings that attract the best talent. 

  • Source and screen candidates: Actively search for candidates using various channels and conduct initial screenings to ensure a great fit. 

  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and business managers to align recruitment efforts with client needs. 

  • Be an ambassador: Represent our company at job fairs and networking events to build our brand and attract top talent. 

Your experience

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is ready to dive into the world of recruitment. Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. 

  • No experience needed: This is an entry-level role, so no prior experience in recruitment is required, but eagerness to learn is essential! 

  • Strong communicator: You enjoy connecting with people and have great verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proactive and curious: You’re eager to take initiative, ask questions, and solve problems. 

  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly. 

  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English. 

  • Interest in technology: You’re excited to work with engineering and R&D professionals.
