Calculation engineer Steel

Your mission

As a Mechanical Engineer Energy, you play a pivotal role in electrical infrastructure projects for the engineering of the relevant high-voltage lines and their supporting towers/structures. Your main responsibilities are:

• Study and design of new masts or modifications to existing structures.
• Conduct specialized calculations and manage project timelines according to client needs.
• Guide designers in developing calculation models, coordinating with both internal staff and external design firms.
• Prepare tender dossiers, participate in the procurement process, and ensure quality control and reporting.
• Provide technical support for on-site implementation and collaborate with stakeholders, project leaders, suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Your experience

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Physics.
• Strong interest & experience in steel structures design
• Good knowledge of engineering software (3D modeling, finite element analysis).
• Very good communicator, organized and team player
• Proficient in Dutch and/or French with good level of English
