Manufacturing Engineer
Your mission
As a Project Engineer Manufacturing, your primary role is to optimise and streamline the production processes. You will oversee the introduction of both innovative and revised products and processes within the manufacturing setting, applying best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Improving and adapting production processes to ensure they are safe, ergonomic, and efficient.
- Troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with the team to ensure optimal operations.
- Managing and executing general improvement projects as well as the integration of unnoticeable new products.
- Actively participating in LEAN improvement projects by implement principles of flow, tact, pull, and zero defects.
- Managing updates to logistics and inventory systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Your experience
- Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering
- Interest in operational and logistical production, with a strong focus on striving for the best quality
- Knowledge of lean principles and six sigma is a plus
- Good communication and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
