Project Manager Office
Your mission
- Develop and Implement Project Management Standards including lifecycle processes, tracking systems, governance, and other project management frameworks across the sector.

Maintain, monitor, and improve PEST with IT collaboration to ensure consistent project quality, seek operational efficiency improvements, and initiate new processes or tools as needed.

Conduct audits, assess risks, recommend improvements, create dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consolidated portfolio reporting to support local managers.

Provide specific project support, and advise local teams on risk, claims, and team organization.

Train and support local teams, coordinate training programs, and maintain alignment with PMI standards
Your experience
- Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on Project Management).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
- PMI certification (or equivalent, such as Prince2) is an asset.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM, PS modules, etc.)
- Proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.
