Project Manager Office

VeroTech is hiring a Project Manager Office!

Your mission

  • Develop and Implement Project Management Standards including lifecycle processes, tracking systems, governance, and other project management frameworks across the sector.
  • Maintain, monitor, and improve PEST with IT collaboration to ensure consistent project quality, seek operational efficiency improvements, and initiate new processes or tools as needed.

  • Conduct audits, assess risks, recommend improvements, create dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consolidated portfolio reporting to support local managers.

  • Provide specific project support, and advise local teams on risk, claims, and team organization.

  • Train and support local teams, coordinate training programs, and maintain alignment with PMI standards

Your experience

  • Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on Project Management).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
  • PMI certification (or equivalent, such as Prince2) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM, PS modules, etc.)
  • Proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.
