Senior Key Account Manager


Your mission

As Senior Business Manager, you will be in contact with multinationals, large and scale up companies in a variety of industries, to manage commercial relationships and help them achieve their high tech projects by introducing them with the best engineers on Belgian market, provided by our Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage key partnerships with existing clients to develop the presence of VeroTech
  • Act as point of contact for your clients and consultants
  • Create strategies & put them into practice, to develop our clients portfolio
  • After having demonstrated your qualities through success in developing existing customers & prospecting new leads, you will train, coach and manage Junior Business Managers in your perimeter
  • Report to the directors on progress and results
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other Business Managers


Your experience

  • Masters degree in Business, Commercial or Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development is needed
  • Interest or experience in the R&D or Engineering Consulting market
  • Interest or experience in People Management is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills to convince and motivate people
  • Pro-active and independent person with a can-do mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can easily structure your work
  • Fluent in English and Dutch OR French
