Your mission
As a Talent Acquistion Specialist , you play a central role in sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent for our clients. You work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams and clients to ensure we meet their recruitment needs. Key responsibilities:

Your experience
We’re looking for a motivated professional with a passion for recruitment. Here’s what we need:

Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

Recruitment experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context.

People-oriented: A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Proactive and driven: You take initiative and are result-oriented.

Organized and adaptable: You can handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
