Celebrating 15 Years of VeroTech: A journey of innovation and growth
Last week, we had the privilege of bringing together our entire community to celebrate 15 years of VeroTech at the wonderful Afrikapaleis in Tervuren. It was an evening full of gratitude, reflection, and inspiration for what lies ahead. Employees, clients, partners, former colleagues, family and friends all joined us to honor a journey defined by people, passion, and innovation.
It was not just an anniversary. It was a celebration of a community that has grown and achieved remarkable things together over the past decade and a half.
Humble beginnings: planting the first seed
VeroTech began in 2010 in a small office in Haasrode. From the very start, our ambition was simple: to connect engineering expertise, talent and innovation in ways that make a real impact. One milestone that still resonates today was welcoming our first employee, Henk. Signing the first contract and sharing a bottle of champagne, we celebrated the beginning of something bigger than just a company: the foundation of a community. That community continues to grow and thrive today, with people joining as consultants, growing into experts, and often returning later as clients or partners. Even those who move on remain part of the VeroTech story.
Over 15 years, VeroTech has grown into more than a business. It has become a network of people and partners, a family that drives innovation and delivers excellence every day.
15 years later, somewhere in Tervuren
On 26 March 2026, we celebrated our 15th anniversary. We started of the evening with some afternoon drinks and bites, followed by by Pascal Coppens' keynote “Decoding China’s Miracle.” Together with insights from Peru Dharani (CTO of Barco) and Christophe Leribaux (Production Manager CSS), who discussed their view on the matter in a panel discussion moderated by journalist Lieven Taillie, the session offered a unique perspective on global innovation ecosystems. It emphasized the speed, vision, and collaboration driving technological breakthroughs in Asia, from AI-driven ecosystems and humanoid robots to rapid product cycles. The next five years will feel like a pot of popcorn with innovation exploding everywhere.
These insights reminded us that innovation is happening at an unprecedented pace, and staying connected to global trends is critical for European tech companies. Collaboration and acceleration is key. It reminded us of our core strength: that we are a connector. We unite companies, we crosspollinate expertise between sectors and we help organizations move faster by bringing proven best practices.

2025 was a defining year for VeroTech. Instead of slowing down, we accelerated, strengthening our teams, embracing digital transformation, and expanding our capabilities.

The celebration reminded us of what makes VeroTech special: a thriving community, a culture of innovation, and the people who make it all possible.
