Family Day 2026: Exploring Pairi Daiza

Last Saturday, we took our VeroTech community on a little adventure for our annual Family Day. This year, we headed to the wonderful Pairi Daiza, the biggest zoo of Europe, where our colleagues and their families spent the day exploring the park together! 

A day among the animals

From pandas and elephants to colourful birds and curious little creatures, Pairi Daiza took us from one world to the next. Our colleagues and their families had plenty of time to explore the park at their own pace and discover all the animals along the way.

For us, a Family Day is about more than just a day out. It is a chance to step away from our usual work environment and spend some time together. To get to know our colleagues in a different setting, but also to meet the families who are such an important part of their lives. And to thank them for all the hard work they do day after day. 

It was lovely to bump into familiar faces throughout the park, see colleagues enjoying the day with their families and finally meet the partners and children behind the stories we hear at the office.

And the weather? It couldn't have been better. No heatwave and no rain, just a beautiful day to explore Pairi Daiza. ☀️🌿
